We prepare and ship all your orders with the greatest care from our workshops in Anglet (64). Find below the manufacturing and shipping times according to product categories.

Pick up at the workshop (Anglet, 64)
Get a 10% discount with the code retraiteatelier (no minimum purchase) if you choose to pick up your order directly from the workshop.
Pick-up orders must be collected within 10 days of email confirmation.
Orders collected from the workshop are not systematically packaged to limit material waste. We apply minimal packaging only when necessary.
If you require specific packaging, please let us know when ordering.

Furniture and mirrors
We use a private carrier to ensure secure delivery and avoid damage. Parts are collected directly from the workshop and delivered to your home without the need for a sorting platform.
If no private carrier is available for your address, we use a traditional carrier such as UPS or Chronopost.
In this case, the furniture is shipped disassembled in 2 to 3 packages:
Trays: Protected with bubble wrap and foam hinges, then placed in a custom-made wooden box.
Feet: Wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped in one or two recyclable cardboard boxes.
Lighting, small items and accessories
Shipped via Colissimo, Lettre suivi, or other carrier: 2 to 4 working days.

Ships within 2 to 6 business days.
The furniture is shipped disassembled in 2 to 3 packages:
Trays: Protected with bubble wrap and foam hinges, then placed in a custom-made wooden box.
Feet: Wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped in one or two recyclable cardboard boxes.

Shipped via tracked letter, Mondial Relay or other carrier: 3 to 6 working days.
World
We ship worldwide. However, additional charges may apply for certain countries depending on local regulations and logistics specifics. In this case, we will contact you to inform you when preparing your order.

For large mirrors and large tables, delivery is not available directly through the e-shop. We handle orders on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us for a quote.

Shipped via tracked letter, Delivengo or other carrier: 2 to 12 working days.
⚠️ Customs fees are not included in the prices, as they vary by country and region. It is the customer's responsibility to inquire about and pay any fees applied by local customs authorities.

Upon delivery, carefully inspect your package in the presence of the delivery person:
For all furniture items , we purchase additional insurance upon delivery. This insurance imposes strict conditions for any claim for reimbursement or compensation in the event of damage. It is imperative that you follow the following instructions so that we can assert this coverage with the carrier.
- If the packaging is damaged , refuse the package and take photos.
- If a problem is detected after receipt , send us photos of the product and packaging within 48 hours maximum , so that we can make a claim with the carrier.
Without these precautions, we will not be able to issue a refund or exchange. Furthermore, if the deadlines and instructions are not met, we will not be able to file a claim with the carrier or activate the insurance purchased. We therefore thank you for checking your order carefully and reporting any problems to us immediately.

- In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. Failing this, any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of our company's headquarters.
- We cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due to events beyond our control (strikes, bad weather, health crises, etc.).
Packaging and recycling
Packaging and recycling
We pay particular attention to reducing waste and using responsible packaging. Here are the materials we use and how to recycle or reuse them:
- Cardboard boxes : recyclable, to be placed in the selective sorting bins.
- Kraft letters with bubble wrap : the kraft envelope is recyclable, but the inner bubble layer must be placed in the plastic waste bin.
- Plastic bubble wrap and foam hinge : reusable multiple times. Once unusable, they are 100% recyclable and should be placed in the plastic waste recycling bins.
- Cardboard bubble wrap : 100% recyclable, to be placed in the recycling bins.
- MDF boxes : these should be taken to a recycling center for proper recycling (Burning MDF in a stove or fireplace is toxic due to the chemical fumes released by the glues).
- 100% recycled textile packing fiber : reusable and biodegradable, ideal for fragile shipments or for dropping off at a textile recycling point.
We encourage our customers to reuse our packaging whenever possible or to recycle it according to local recommendations. Every little bit helps reduce our environmental impact.
Returns and withdrawal
Only unused products in their original condition may be returned for a refund. Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged. We do not cover return shipping costs. However, we will refund the price of the product(s) ordered.
Right of withdrawal
By custom orders, we mean all orders involving a choice of bespoke finish.
This includes, for example:
A piece of furniture or handles with a specific finish ( including the natural wood finish, because we apply two coats of oil, making any other finish impossible afterwards ) or even an engraved key ring with a custom personalization.
As these items are made especially for you and are not part of stock, they are not eligible for the right of withdrawal.
If you have any doubts about a finish, we recommend that you order a sample or ask us any questions before confirming your purchase.
For other products, you have 14 days after receipt to notify us of a return.
