FAQ
What is the difference between Beech and Oak?
What is the difference between Beech and Oak?
Our handles are available in beech or oak , two types of wood with very distinct finishes.
The beech we use is made up of several pieces of wood glued together . This means that each beech handle may have slight variations in color or grain. A lively and organic charm, but less uniform.
If you are looking for a more uniform and consistent finish , we recommend opting for oak . Denser, this species is also considered more noble . It offers a more stable visual appearance from one piece to another, which explains the higher price .
Both woods are robust, durable and carefully selected to enhance your furniture fronts.

What is the difference between a natural finish and a colored finish?
All our handle designs are available in the same shapes: only the finishes vary. This allows you to adapt our handles to your style, whether minimalist, wabi-sabi, classic, or decidedly pop.
The natural version enhances wood tones with a colorless or tinted oil. It's ideal for warm, understated, or organic interiors, highlighting the wood's texture.
The colored finish offers a different interpretation that lends itself particularly well to creative, contemporary or eclectic atmospheres, while retaining the elegance of the forms.
Is the "natural" finish untreated?
Is the "natural" finish untreated?
No, the natural finish is protected, it is simply not stained . We apply two coats of oil to preserve the light color of the wood while ensuring optimal protection against stains and everyday use.
